SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Nahid Kalantaryardebily is a skilled Robotics and Software engineer with 15 years of experience. Currently, she is passionately pursuing her Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics, actively seeking to broaden her knowledge and expertise. Born in Iran, Nahid successfully completed her bachelor's degree in aerospace and electrical engineering at Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic). Subsequently, she embarked on her master's journey, specializing in Automation and Control Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Milan in Italy.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Nahid Kalantary is a PhD student in Virginia Tech's Engineering Mechanics program. She is building systems that can deliver tactile stimuli and interpret sensory signal flow at the arms of individuals with hemiparetic stroke.
